Shri Sukhbir Singh Dahiya aged 60 years, holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Haryana State Board of Technical Education and has 31 years of total experience including 16 years in the chemical industry.

Shri Naveen Chopra aged 52 years, holds a Degree in Bachelors of Engineering (Chemical) and has done MBA from Punjab University. He has been employed with the Company since 1998. He has an experience of 30 years in the chemical industry. He, along with other Board members have helped the Company in its operations and achieving its present growth.

Shri Jatin Dahiya aged 28 years, holds a Degree in Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi University and Masters in Management from Duke University (United States). He has an experience of 4 years in the chemical industry.

Shri Jagbir Singh Ahlawat, aged 62 years, holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering from Haryana State Board of Technical Education and AMIE (Civil) from The Institution of Engineers (India). He has an experience of 31 years including 18 years in the chemical industry.

Shri Tilak Raj Bajalia, aged 68 years, is an Economics Graduate with Professional Degree of ICWAI and CAIIB. He has 39 years of Banking experience, which spans various business segments such as SME Banking, Corporate Banking, Restructuring of Stressed Assets, Human Resources, Legal and Administration. He started his banking career in 1974 at Bank of India and joined IDBI in 1983. During his stint in IDBI has worked in various departments and headed branch offices at Jaipur (covering the entire Rajasthan) and Mumbai (the largest Branch of the Bank) and also headed various verticals such SME & Retail Assets, Corporate Finance, Recovery, Restructuring of Stressed Assets, Human Resources, Legal and Administration. The last post held by him was Executive Director in IDBI. He was appointed as Deputy Managing Director of Small Industries Development Bank of India. He was a member of the Committee constituted by Reserve Bank of India for restructuring cases with exposure of less than INR 100 million. He was appointed as Nominee Director on the Board of State level financial institutions, large corporates such as Mahavir Spinning Mills, Sajauli Properties (Hyat Hotel), JSW Energy, etc. Post his retirement too, Mr. Bajalia is associated with few companies and NBFCs as an Independent Director.

He was a member of Senate of University of Punjab since 1992 till October 31, 2020 and also member of Syndicate, Punjab University till December 31, 2020.

Shri Kuldip Singh Suhag aged 62 years, holds a Degree in Bachelors of Engineering (Civil Engineering). He has an experience of 42 years in civil engineering e.g. construction of national highways, state highways, building, bridges, railway bridged, etc. He has served in CPWD, Haryana PWD buildings and roads and retired as Superintending Engineer. He is now working as a consultant in National Highway Authority of India.

Ms. Teesta Sandhu aged 41 years, has done MBA with specialization in HR and Marketing. She has 17 plus years of experience which includes working with the Oberoi Group of Hotels, Hilton, Marriott Hotels, Cinepolis India Ltd, Kingfisher Airlines, Forest Essentials and Ethos Pvt. Ltd.
